This is your classic chili recipe with a slight twist. In this recipe we used ground Beyond® 'Beef' and Beyond® Hot Italian Sausage, making it 100% vegan!
Serve it at your next family dinner, people won't even be able to tell its vegan!

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Impossible® 'Beef'
1 lb Impossible® Hot Italian Sausage
1 Medium Red or Yellow OnionPeeled and Diced
6 Cloves of GarlicMinced
2 Chipotle Chili in Adobo Sauce Chopped
3 tbsp Adobo Sauce from Chipotle Chili in Adobo Sauce Can
30 oz Dark Red Kidney BeansDrained and Rinsed
15 oz Light Red Kidney BeansDrained and Rinsed
30 oz Tomato Sauce
30 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 oz Chopped Green Chiles
1 cup Veggie Broth or Beer
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Black Pepper

Heat oil in a large pan. Add Beyond sausage, ground Beyond 'meat', onion, and garlic. Cook for 7-10 minutes until Beyond 'meat' is cooked through. Transfer into your slow cooker.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined thoroughly. Cover and cook high for 3-4 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours).
Taste and season with addition salt and pepper if needed.
