This is your classic chili recipe with a slight twist. In this recipe we used ground Beyond® 'Beef' and Beyond® Hot Italian Sausage, making it 100% vegan!

3tbspAdobo Sauce from Chipotle Chili in Adobo Sauce Can
30ozDark Red Kidney BeansDrained and Rinsed
15ozLight Red Kidney BeansDrained and Rinsed
30ozTomato Sauce
30ozDiced Tomatoes
4ozChopped Green Chiles
1cupVeggie Broth or Beer
2tbspChili Powder
1tbspGround Cumin
1tspSalt
1tspSugar
½tspBlack Pepper

Heat oil in a large pan. Add Beyond sausage, ground Beyond 'meat', onion, and garlic. Cook for 7-10 minutes until Beyond 'meat' is cooked through. Transfer into your slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined thoroughly. Cover and cook high for 3-4 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours).
Taste and season with addition salt and pepper if needed.
