Greek Salad with Chicken

Salad
 6 cups Chopped Lettuce
 8 oz Greek Marinated Chicken Breast
 1 CucumberSliced
 1 TomatoDiced
  cup Red OnionDiced
 ¼ cup Kalamata Olives
 ¼ cup Feta Cheese
Greek Dressing
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 ¼ cup White or Red Wine Vinegar
 1 Garlic CloveMinced
 2 tsp Oregano
 1 tsp White Sugar
 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
 ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Add the lettuce to a large serving bowl or two individual salad bowls. Top with sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.

To make the dressing add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix until well combined. Drizzle over salad and toss.
