
1 lb Chicken Breasts
⅓ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 LemonZested and Juiced
4 Cloves of GarlicMinced
2 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Place the pieces of chicken breast in a freezer bag or a bowl. Set aside.

Add the greek yogurt and olive oil to a medium sized bowl. Zest and juice the lemon and add to the bowl. Add the minced garlic, oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir.

Add marinade to the chicken. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
NOTE: All of the marinade can be added to the chicken or you can add half and save the other half of the marinade to baste the chicken while cooking.

Prepare chicken as desired. We prefer the marinade on grilled chicken, but any preparation will work.
