 6 Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
 1 tsp Smoked Paprika (Optional)

Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

NOTE: If possible use baking sheet with edges so the oil doesn't leak all over your oven.

Cut potatoes into thick fries and place in a single layer on baking sheet (approximately 20 fries per potato).

Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Mix until evenly combined.

Coat fries with olive oil followed by spice mixture. Toss fries until evenly coated.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes until crisp. Enjoy!
