You'll never spend money on store bought sauce again!

 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
 2 tbsp Chili Powder
 2 cups Water
 3 oz Tomato Paste
 ½ tsp Cumin
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 ¾ tsp Salt to Taste

Put vegetable oil, flour, and chili powder into a small or medium pot.

Turn the burner on medium and whisk mixture together.
Continue to whisk until the mixture starts to bubble.
While keep whisking, cook for 1 minute from when it starts to boil.

After 1 minute, add the water, tomato paste, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Bring to a simmer until thickened.

Add salt to your liking, up to ¾ tsp.
