 2 Large Crowns of Broccoli (1-1.5 lbs)Cut into Bite-sized Florets
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Salt and PepperTo Taste
 ¼ cup Cheese (Optional)NOTE: Parmesan, Blue Cheese, Feta, and Gorgonzola Work Well

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Cut broccoli into florets and place in an even layer on a baking sheet with edges or a cast iron skillet.

Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until florets are evenly coated.

Cook for 20 minutes or until the florets are slightly charred and crispy around the edges.

Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over top of broccoli florets.

Return broccoli to oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese. Enjoy!
