Falling off the bone ribs that you simply can't mess up.
Preheat oven to 250˚ F. Spray the grated portion of the broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add liquid smoke and water to the base of the broiling pan.
Rinse ribs with water and pat dry with paper towel. Season with preferred rub or salt and pepper on both sides. Place on broiling pan and wrap tightly with tin foil.
Carefully place in the oven and cook ribs for 3 hours. Alternatively, cook in the oven for 2.5 hours and then move to a smoker for the remaining 30 minutes.
Take ribs out of the oven and coat with barbecue sauce. Set the oven to broil and broil barbecue coated ribs for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
