The Winco TGAP-7 is a commercial-grade sauce pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. The Tri-Gen™ try-ply construction of this 7 quart saucepan features an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of steel for even heat distribution. This heavy-duty sauce pan is made from 18/8 grade stainless steel designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice environments. The interior of the pan is a satin finish while the exterior features a mirror finish. The handle is triangular shaped allowing for maximum rotational control when flipping, sauteing and pouring and features an underside notch for index fingers. Heat migration is limited by the unique hollow design of the handle. Triangular positioned rivets secure the handle to provide strength and won’t loosen—even in high volume commercial kitchens. A hanging hole allows this sauce pan to hang for convenient storage. Lid included. Compatible with gas, electric and induction heat sources. NSF Listed.
