• These Handmade Pauldron Armor Replica is Fully Functional and provides great comfort. Perfect for Reenactment Clubs and Societies. This pair of shoulder guards ensures a strong defense to the upper arms. Made from 18-gauge mild steel, the shoulder plates possess a blackened finish, coated with a rust and scratch resistant treatment. A large plate and four smaller lames comprise each pauldron.
• The armor is crafted from 18 gauge steel and constructed with rivets and internal leather banding to provide articulated movement. The armor has center buckles of sturdy steel which can be buckled onto a gorget or breastplate with an extra leather pauldron strap with which to fasten and buckle the pauldron onto. Another set of steel buckles and thick leather straps are used to fasten the armor to the arms to give it synchronized movement with the arms.
