| Manufacturer Warranty Description | 5-year warranty. we warrant all china made by the homer laughlin china company against chipping under normal usage conditions for a period of 5-years from the date of delivery. we will replace any pieces returned and found to be defective with identical or equivalent pieces on a one for one basis. all breakage and chipping caused by abnormal or abusive use is expressly excluded from this warranty. we reserve the right to determine whether or not the chipping is from normal usage. to receive replacements under this warranty, claims should be submitted to: the homer laughlin china company attn: quality assurance dept. 627 fiesta drive, newell, wv 26050 claims must be accompanied by a copy of your dated distributor packing slip or other evidence of the date of receipt of the item by you. a return authorization will be sent to you within two weeks after receipt if your claim is allowed. return freight is your responsibility. no collect shipments will be accepted. replacements will be send freight prepaid. please allow two or three weeks for delivery of undecorated items, four to six weeks for decorated items. this warranty applies to all orders shipped after november 1, 1994. |
