Delicious spicy beef jerky without the added preservatives!

 2 lbs Flank Steak
 ½ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 tbsp Black PepperGround
 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
 3 Cloves GarlicMinced

Thinly slice the steak into ⅛" strips against the grain.

Transfer the steak into zip-lock bag or container with lid.

In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together.

Pour mixture in with the steak, close the bag/container and shake until steak is coated.

Place in the fridge for 12 hours.

Air Fryer: Lay steak directly on racks in a single layer at 150 degrees for 7 hours.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees, adjust the racks to the middle and lower positions. Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil. Place wire racks on top of the foil and lay steak strips in a single layer. Bake for 4 hours, flipping half way through until the steak is firm but still pliable.
